We are Daniel & Song Kim from Thailand!
Please remember us in your prayer.
Our son, Joshua Kim, was having stomach problem since 3 weeks ago. We took him to the local hospital to check his pain. The doctor diagnosed “Acute Appendicitis” and he performed a surgery, appendectomy. But when we brought our son back home, the symptom of his stomach pain is not going away. We took him another hospital for the second opinion. The doctor told us that Joshua has abysses and his small intestine is inflamed and urged us to do surgery right away. September 18 on 8 pm (Thai Time), the doctor did the operation and told us that it could have been a severe case if Joshua had not received the operation. But still he has complication. The inflamed small intestine has to return to the normal size with touching other parts of the inter organs. If it touches, Joshua will be in severe pain again. Right now, he is resting in the hospital. The next 2 weeks will be an important period of recovery. Please pray for the following:
We thank God for allowing Joshua and our family go through the sever pain at least to understand the pain of Jesus on the Cross.
Pray that Joshua will completely trust God and submit his life to Jesus through this process.
Pray for the quick and well recovery.
Pray that the medicines he is taking will assist his quick recuperation and there won’t be any infection in his lower abdomen and all the stitches will heal well.
Pray that the doctor will be in God’s hand to cure Joshua.
Pray that the inflamed small intestine will return to normal size and will not cause any further complication.

특별 기도 부탁을 드립니다.
저희들의 아들, 동규(Joshua), 가 배가 아파서 병원에 갔더니 맹장이라고 하여서 수술을 하였습니다. 수술 후에 집에 왔지만, 아픈 것이 없어지지 않아서 다른 병원에 가서 검사를 새로하였습니다. 아래 배쪽으로 고름이 고여있고, 작은 장가 불어다는 판명으로 9월18일 저녁 8시에 급하게 수술을 하였습니다. 다행이 부은 작은 창자가 터지지 않았지만, 정상적인 크기로 회복하는데 시간이 걸릴 수가 있다고 합니다. 현재 병원에 있고, 약 1-2주가 걸릴 것 같습니다.
1. 하나님께 감사하는 것은 동규와 저희 가정이 육적인 아픔을 통하여 예수님 십자가에서 받은 고난을 생각하고 조금이나마 경험할 수 있도록 한 것을 감사합니다.
2. 동규가 이번 일을 통하여 하나님을 완전히 의지 하고 하나님께 헌신할 수 있도록 기도 부탁 드립니다.
3. 완전하고 빠른 회복이 있도록 기도부탁합니다.
4. 먹고 있는 약들이 효과를 잘 발휘하여서 아래 배 부분의 수술한 부분들이 회복되고 염증이 생기지 않도록 기도부탁합니다.
하나님이 의사들을 사용하여서 동규가 속히 회복하도록
